IntelliNet started in 1997 with four employees, a small Network Operating Center (NOC) in Richmond Heights, Ohio, and services that focused on simple network fault management.

Now with headquarters in Cleveland, Ohio, and satellite offices serving Columbus, Ohio, and North and South Carolina, IntelliNet’s services have evolved to meet industry demands for comprehensive IT services.  IntelliNet’s full suite of services include:

  • Network Support Management (NSM):  Our NSM team manages and maintains our client’s critical IT assets, from the desktop to the router and firewall.
  • Application Performance Management (APM): With our AMP Service, IntelliNet monitors infrastructure components, servers and end user applications for availability, performance and security.
  • Cloud Management (CM): IntelliNet’s Cloud Management Service offers customers a fast track to secure, scalable FlexPod cloud implementations and co-location services.
  • Service Desk Management (SDM):  Service Desk Management includes call management, trouble ticket tracking, remediation and escalation. Customers can scale our SDM solution to include after-hours, on-site or 24×7 remote service desk support.
