IntelliNet implements solutions worldwide with projects in Singapore, Australia, India, China, Brazil, Canada, and Costa Rica. From our fully-staffed Network Operations Center (NOC), we monitor and manage applications in 44 states, 25 countries and 4 continents. We also have geographically dispersed SAS 70 Type II compliant data centers for our co-located and cloud-based environments.

Our staff of engineers, developers and analysts average over 20+ years of experience in all areas of Information Technology, with many holding certifications from Microsoft, CA Nimsoft, NetApp, N-able, Cisco, VMware, Citrix, and Open Text Rightfax.

Our NOC follows the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) standards of Change, Incident/Problem, and Configuration Management, thus increasing our ability to rapidly scale to meet expanding demand while delivering services consistently and effectively.

To further its capabilities as a one-stop, full-service provider, IntelliNet maintains partnerships with IT software and services firms, including Microsoft, Cisco, Citrix, CA, Dell, Nimsoft and VMware. We leverage our relationships and understanding of licensing and hardware provisioning to get the best agreements for our customers.
