Overview

Established in 1997, IntelliNet is one of the oldest Enterprise Network Management Service Providers (MSP) in the US. IntelliNet's 24x7x365 Network Operations Center and trained engineering support staff monitors the availability, performance, and security of our Clients' networked systems around the world. IntelliNet has expertise in traditional distributed systems LAN/WAN networked systems as well as IP Telephony, Wireless, and Security architectures. IntelliNet is a Cisco Systems Premier Partner for network management and deployment of Cisco architectures. Trademarked methodology (Cooperative Network Management ™) that ties into our Certified Project Management Office (PMO) delivery methods. Developed our unique informational portal that allows for easy client access to their information from anywhere in providing a single console for all of our network management services information.

IntelliNet maintains the enterprise network availability, performance, and security for companies like Parker Hannifin (a Fortune 50), Medical Mutual Insurance and mid sized organizations as well. IntelliNet may be engaged on a not-to-exceed project basis, monthly services contract, and/or retained network support services for Level 1-3 fault management, including on-site support assistance. IntelliNet follows the ISO and ITIL standards for enterprise network management and is a member of the MSP Alliance, and the Help Desk Institute (HDI). IntelliNet is financially strong, stable, and expanding regionally to cover clients nationally.

Projects/Experience

  1. Sixth year of contract for 24x7x365 monitoring/management of global wan infrastructure and security components for a Fortune 50 company. This includes the configuration management of all routers along with the warehousing and RMA of networked devices. Monitoring and regular auditing of their corporate security architecture and functional testing. Incorporated automatic trouble ticketing and tracking of network events and 3 rd party adjudication of issues with the telco's and hardware vendors. Expanding into applications and SLM performance monitoring. Also providing not to exceed project expertise for production application performance issues (application triage services).
  2. Third year of contract for design, implementation and on-going 24x7 monitoring of global security architectures for a major manufacturer of automotive components. Nokia/Checkpoint implementation and configuration management. This includes monthly retained support services and 24x7 troubleshooting services. Also, server administration and monitoring for availability and performance of their critical server environment.
  3. Seventh year of monitoring and performance analysis of critical client applications transactions for Service Level Management(SLM) and system threshold monitoring for a major Ohio insurance company. In addition, the monitoring of all their corporate ecommerce and web enabled systems and WAN infrastructure 24x7x365.
  4. Many not-to-exceed projects, related to the above environments, are customary for us in multi-year contracts. This includes applications testing, and development through production performance and capacity planning/trending services.
