Integral to our APM Service is IntelliNet’s 24x7x365 fully-staffed Network Operating Center (NOC). NOC engineers receive client monitoring alerts based on performance thresholds and follow client-approved remediation and escalation procedures to speed the Mean Time To Repair (MTTR).

All alerts from the specified monitoring points throughout your network are immediately populated into the real-time dashboards being monitored by our NOC engineers.  These alerts also generate a trouble ticket.  The engineers then work through to troubleshoot the error and update the trouble ticket.  If the issue is not resolved, the ticket is escalated according to predefined scripts.
