They also ensure that hardware, operating systems, drivers and patches are installed properly and working optimally.  Our End User Support Service can also include:

  • E-mail Management: With IntelliNet’s End User Support Service, we manage the client’s e-mail, featuring standard configuration, management and maintenance of Microsoft Exchange, Lotus Notes, Office 365 and Gmail e-mail.  This service includes client side antivirus and spam configuration.
  • Smartphone and Mobile Device Management: IntelliNet also supports mobile devices, such as smartphones and tablets.  IntelliNet tracks hardware and software inventory and files collected by the mobile device client, creates collections of settings to distribute to mobile device, and provide steps to deploy software to mobile devices, verify the health state of mobile device client, and use backup and recovery for mobile device management.
  • Hardware Repair and Replacement:  IntelliNet provides hardware repair and maintenance services, including backup and restoration of client files and configurations on repaired or new devices.
