Richard E. Taton

CEO/Owner/Co-Founder

Richard “Dick” Taton is one of the co-founders of IntelliNet Corporation.  He brings with him 40+ years of IT and business knowledge.  Dick has successfully piloted several start-ups and other entrepreneurial endeavors.  Dick is focused on the long-term objectives of the organization and maintaining and strengthening IntelliNet’s strategic customer and partner relationships. His passion for business is only equaled by his passion for servicing our customers.

Prior to IntelliNet, Dick founded Datacorp Business Systems Inc., an IT consulting and development firm.  Dick successfully managed this firm from start-up in 1980 through its acquisition by a national consulting firm in 1996. Before Datacorp, he held senior management positions with a large health insurance provider and a fortune 1,000 global manufacturing firm.  He managed datacenters around the world and was responsible for multi-million dollar IT assets and staff.

Dick has served on several Profit/Non-profit boards.  He attended John Carrol University and the Wharton School of Business Executive Program.  He is a twin-engine rated pilot, an avid musician and has been inducted into the Martial Arts Hall of Fame.

Ron Taton

President/Co-Founder

Ron Taton is a co-founder of IntelliNet and has been a key component of IntelliNet since its beginning; he has literally worked in every aspect of the company.  Ron currently manages the day-to-day operations, strategic goals, and overall direction of the company.  His passions lie in customer satisfaction, process improvement, and project management.  He was fortunate enough to be educated by Dr. Harold Kerzner in project management and process improvement best practices.

Prior to IntelliNet Ron was Managing Director for Modis Inc., and served as Director of Consulting Services for Datacorp (acquired by Modis). Ron has successfully been involved in several start-ups and has proven organizational skills that have helped him manage the growth of the organizations while focusing on uncommon attention to customer service.

Ron attended the University of Cincinnati and the Baldwin-Wallace project management program.  He has served as president of the West Lake County Exchange Club a non-profit focused on the emotionally and physically challenged.  Inducted into the Martial Arts Hall of Fame, NCAA wrestler, and youth wrestling coach and likes volunteering and the outdoors.

John O’Donnell

Vice President, Operations

John has been a key member of IntelliNet’s senior management team for over 10 years. His responsibilities cover all aspect of business operations.  John manages the lion’s share of the technical staff.  He has extensive experience in creating solutions that are flexible and that fit the business needs of the customer.  John works alongside the sales team to make sure sales and technical operations are on the same page for our clients.

Before IntelliNet John has worked in consulting, management and sales capacities in the information technology and finance industry for companies such as Computer Sciences, Keane, Merrill Lynch, Cap Gemini and Datacorp Business Systems. John’s background is in technology, operations, and finance.

John is an experienced sailor, enjoys racquetball and is a competitive snooker player and chess player.  John is an avid supporter of the Waiting Child Fund and the Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Northeast Ohio.

Karl Kleinert

Vice President, Sales

Karl is a decorated sales leader with 20+ years of I.T. sales management, sales operations, and executive experience in driving first-class national and international sales teams focused on cloud, managed services, and complex enterprise environments.  He is an accomplished professional with an extensive background driving sales, business development, and building strategic partners and channels.  Karl applies entrepreneurial vision to implement strategic market expansion with a demonstrated history of success winning worldwide business deals in high-technology industries.

Karl spent nearly 20 years at IBM in a variety of sales and management positions, including an assignment in Japan to grow the enterprise business.  He attended Miami University and is the past Board President at Cleveland Christian Home and Charity Director of the NOR Porsche Club.  He enjoys ice hockey, golf, and the occasional track day down at Mid-Ohio when his wife and 4 daughters are not outnumbering him.
