Client: A  Cleveland-Based Sports Agency that Represents Several Nationally Renown NBA players

Issue: The Client was concerned about the security and reliability of the IT infrastructure supporting its email system.  Its mail system was hosted on an aging server in an unventilated data center, and supported by a smaller IT firm that left patching and systems management in state of neglect.  While the Client’s infrastructure put its data at risk, the Client was also suspicious of housing its critical and private emails regarding contract negotiations in “the cloud.”

Our Solution: IntelliNet developed a Systems Upgrade Journey presentation for the Client, which carefully explained how migrating to IntelliNet’s Managed Email Services featuring Microsoft Office 365, email encryption, and IntelliNet’s spam filter and malware detection was more secure and reliable than any in house system that the Client could construct and maintain.
